Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

If late for appointment, your session rate and end time will remain the same.

If you are more than 30  minutes late without notices, your session may be cancelled and you will be consider a No Show.

If  the need arises and you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Please call directly by phone 48  hours before appointment. 

Cancellation 48 hours ahead of appointment  No change less than 48 hours will be change 100% of service rate

New and Returning clients "NO SHOW" will be charge 100% of the service rate. No refund 

Members will forfeit one prepaid session for their "No Show"

Since we are a small clinic we do not accept same day appointments or walk ins. All appointments will need to be schedule. Credit cards or debit cards will be held to reserve and pay for appointment.
